This Costa Rican coffee has been sourced through Café Imports Australia. 

We love the dried cranberries, sugar cane and date sweetness notes that display through this beautiful bean. This coffee is farmed in the Guadalupe region within the San Marcos municipality of Tarrazu.

Guadalupe is the most recognisable region for coffee production in this country. This lot was created by 30 producers from the area that deliver cherry to a mill called Patalillo.
