Gregorio Aroca is a member of Asprounion, a farming co-operative of 273 families. We were lucky enough to get a bag of his incredible microlot grown on his 0.75 hectare plot. Gregorio’s land is 1920 metres above sea level which has added to the increased sweetness and medium body in this coffee.
Gregorio also hand selected coffee cherries with higher levels of ripeness to ensure this microlot was outstanding! We know you’ll love it as much as we do!
NOTE: Our recipes are developed using a Mahlkonig EK43 & V60 pourover with a variable temperature kettle. Use it as a starting point and make to taste!
